This has got to be one of the most kangaroo backwoods police and court systems in the south. We have a deer camp north of this city. We can get to our property taking another route. Thats the way we will go from now on. My son hooked up our trailer lights and left the wires wrapped around the nose. Im sure the first turn tore them off. When he was pulled over he freaked out and forgot he had proof of insurance on his phone. I called this “fair” about bonding out. I would have just paid the fine rather than them miss a days pay at work. The lady told me WE HAVE TO SHOW UP TO SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE. So my wife and son took off work today figuring it would be like Vilonia (or any other city that doesn’t try to take advantage of an honest teenager) and just give him a warning. The judge fined him for both counts even though we showed him we carry FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE. There were people in there for not wearing seat belts!! Its very obvious they will do whatever they have too for revenue. The businesses there should talk to the chief of police about their tactics. They are the ones that suffer from this. We are around our camp nine months out of the year. We use to support those businesses. I say used too because we will purposely avoid this town. (all 28 of us) We will now support the businesses of Newport. And we WILL spread the word so that others will boycott the Bradford businesses as well.
